What Women Look For in the Workplace
It has been observed that many employers face the issue of attracting and retaining female employees. A new report by Wharton Social Impact Initiative sheds light on factors that women consider when it comes to choosing workplaces – which employers can look at to identify what women are looking for in workplaces.
The research highlights four things were identified to be the main factors to consider: representation, pay, health and satisfaction.
